We do not accept checks or bank cards that may only be processed as a "debit" transaction (i.e., using a pin number). Returns Bellē Up Maternity will gladly accept returns for other merchandise or a store credit on merchandise that has not been worn, altered or washed, has all tags attached and is returned to us within 14 days from the purchase date or, for on-line orders, within 14 days from the date of delivery. For international shipments, items must be returned to use within 21 days from date of delivery. No cash or credit refunds will be awarded - sorry, no exceptions. ALL sale merchandise, intimate apparel, hosiery, swim wear, skincare products and special order merchandise is FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged. Upon receipt of goods, Bellē Up Maternity reserves the right to deny credit if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements. Returns received after the 14th day will not be honored. Bellē Up Maternity does not refund shipping and handling. If you decide to refuse any shipments from bellē up maternity, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you and the cost of returning the package to Bellē Up Maternity. Bellē Up Maternity is not responsible for damage resulting from care of merchandise, such as dry cleaning, washing or wear. Please read all care instructions carefully before wash and wear. If you have questions about how to care for an item, please do not hesitate to contact us. Exchanges Bellē Up Maternity prides itself on selecting unique pieces that our beautiful mamas will not see on every other beautiful mama around town, so we typically carry a limited quantity of each piece. If you love your item, but it just doesn't fit the way you would like, we would be happy to exchange it for a new size, if available. Otherwise, we will gladly help you select other merchandise that you love just as much (if not more). Exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase. Exchanges on sale merchandise, intimate apparel, swim wear, skincare products or special order merchandise will not be honored. Shipping and handling charges will apply on exchanged merchandise. Sales Tax Applicable sales tax of 9.75% is charged to deliveries shipped from our store to addresses within Illinois. Shipping & Handling Bellē Up Maternity ships to locations within the United States, U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Canada. Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2:00 pm (CST), excluding holidays, will begin processing the same day and usually ship within 1 business day. All orders placed after 2:00 pm (CST) will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not ship until Monday (or the immediately following business day). Estimated delivery times do not include weekends or holidays. All orders may be expedited using FedEx Overnight for an additional charge. Standard Delivery Our new hassle-free, flat rate shipping makes online shopping as easy as 1-2-3! We now ship most orders for a flat rate of $8.95 anywhere within the contiguous U.S. But we've also sweetened the deal: all orders of $200 or more ship FREE within the contiguous U.S. Orders placed using standard delivery will ship via FedEx Ground, USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority, and should arrive within 3-7 business days. To qualify for free shipping, your merchandise must total at least $200; tax, shipping and handling charges and applied gift certificates or web credits do not count toward your $200 total. Free shipping is not provided for international shipments and can only be applied to APO/FPO addresses when using a US ZIP Code. Express Delivery As an added convenience, we also offer an express delivery option (1-2 business days) for a flat rate of $29.95 for shipments within the contiguous U.S. Express delivery orders will ship via FedEx. Please note that some rural routes may not be eligible for express delivery service. If we are unable to ship your order for express delivery, we will notify you by email or phone before processing your order. Surcharges Oversized items, such as furniture, stollers, etc., may incur additional charges. Additionally, some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer, and a surcharge may be applied to cover the manufacturer's standard shipping costs. All such charges will be clearly noted during checkout and prior to confirmation of your purchase. International Shipping & Handling Bellē Up Maternity is happy to now offer international delivery to Canada! International orders are not guaranteed to ship within 1 business day due to additional verification that is often necessary. Currently, shipping to Canada is $25 via USPS Priority Mail (6-10 business days) or $49 via FedEx Ground (3-5 business days), and does not include customs charges imposed by individual countries. Oversized items may incur additional charges. We will email for customer approval if the international shipping rate is different than noted on this site. NOTE: All prices referenced in this website are in U.S. dollars and your credit card will be charged using current exchange rates. Rates are subject to change. Please note that your merchandise will be shipped as "merchandise" on the customs form. Customs and import duties may be applied to international orders when the shipment reaches its destination. You are responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance; Bellē Up Maternity has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local Customs office for details. Lastly, it is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of the product(s) you ordered. Bellē Up Maternity is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.
