ONLINE RETURNS

Around here, we wholeheartedly subscribe to the old adage, "If mama's not happy, no one is happy!" If you, "mama", are not happy with your online purchase, returns are easy. Simply return your tagged, unwashed, unworn items, along with the Return Form included in your shipment, for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

Did you miss the 14-day return window? These things happen and we understand. A store credit will be issued for items returned to us within 30 days of your purchase date.

Certain products (such as sale merchandise and items that raise hygiene concerns once removed from their packaging) are final sale and cannot be returned for refund or store credit. If an item is final sale, this will be clearly indicated within the online product description.

EXCHANGES

Boutiques are exciting because inventory changes quickly. This means that we constantly get to offer you fresh, new looks! However, this also means that items and sizes are not always available for exchange. For this reason, exchanges are treated as returns.

To exchange your item for a different size or color, please place a new order at BelleUp.com. You will be charged for the new item(s) when the order is placed, and your return will be processed pursuant to the Online Returns Policy (above) once received.
